To find the right size for your KASK riding helmet, both size and fit are important. The helmet should feel even, secure and comfortable from the very first moment.

How to check the fit:

1. Position on the head

The helmet should sit low and properly on your head, not perched on top. If there is a gap between your head and the helmet, it is too large. If it feels tight or does not sit down correctly, it is too small.

2. Stability when moving

Gently shake your head from side to side and up and down. The helmet should move with your head without shifting or wobbling. A good test is to carefully pull the peak, the helmet should be stable enough that the skin around your eyebrows moves with it.

3. Feel over time

Wear the helmet for a few minutes to assess the fit. Pressure points or discomfort often become noticeable after a short while.

4. Chin strap

The chin strap should feel secure and comfortable without restricting movement. It should sit close to the skin without rubbing.

Size

KASK riding helmets are sized according to your head circumference in centimetres. However, fit is also influenced by factors such as head shape and helmet model.

Measure your head using a tape measure approximately 1 cm above the ears, around the widest part of your head. Use this measurement as a guide together with the size chart, and always try the helmet on to ensure the correct fit.

KASK helmets are available in three shell sizes. The size chart shows which shell corresponds to your measurements. The liner is selected in the same size as your head circumference and determines the final fit.

Please note that the Kooki model tends to come up slightly larger, as it has a more oval shape compared to Dogma and Star Lady.
