The chest protection consists of two flaps that are placed over the rug’s front closures – one flap against the horse’s skin and one flap on the outside of the rug to keep the protector in place. Both edges feature notches to ensure the BIB stays securely in place.

The bib is lined with Kentucky’s unique artificial rabbit skin, a soft and gentle material that prevents rubbing and provides extra comfort. The outer fabric of 100% brushed polyester evenly distributes the pressure from the rug across the horse’s chest, increasing both comfort and protection.
