KASK Star Lady Features:
- Wide peak provides protection from the sun without obstructing vision and also helps shield the face and eyes from rain and snow.
- Ventilation system with two honeycomb style ventilation grilles integrated into the polystyrene ensures a high level of cooling airflow for improved rider comfort.
- Soft chin strap made from hypoallergenic eco leather offers excellent comfort and helps prevent skin irritation. It is water resistant and easy to wipe clean.
Safety
KASK Star Lady is manufactured in Italy with a strong focus on safety. KASK carries out several tests to ensure that the helmets meet strict safety requirements, including impact resistance, penetration resistance and lateral deformation testing.
The helmet has also undergone the KASK Rotational Impact WG11 Test, which evaluates both rotational and linear impact forces to show how well the helmet protects against rotational injuries that can occur during a fall. The Star Lady has successfully passed the WG11 test.

Outer shell and inner shell
The KASK Star Lady features an outer shell made from ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene). ABS is a moulded lightweight material with high impact resistance and surface hardness. The inner shell is made from EPS (Expanded Polystyrene), a lightweight foam that provides excellent shock absorption thanks to its high deformation capability.
KASK’s inner shell is unique in offering three levels of density to ensure optimal impact protection while maintaining comfort and low weight.
Liner (inner padding)
For the correct fit, your helmet should be combined with a liner. KASK liners are quick drying and highly breathable. The liner ensures maximum comfort, fit and hygiene. It can easily be removed from the helmet for washing and is machine washable at 30°C.
The liner size should match the shell size as shown below:
Shell 1: 53, 54, 55, 56
Shell 2: 57, 58, 59
Shell 3: 60, 61, 62, 63
