The chest protection consists of two flaps that are placed over the rug’s front closures – one flap against the horse’s skin and one flap on the outside of the rug to keep the protector in place. Both edges feature notches to ensure the bib stays securely in place.

The bib has an outer fabric of 100% peached polyester, making it soft, gentle, and very comfortable for the horse. The protector prevents rubbing and also distributes the pressure from the rug evenly across the horse’s shoulders, increasing both comfort and protection.
