Beris Comfort Thin Loose Ring Snaffle is a straight bar bit featuring a slim 15 mm mouthpiece and loose 75 mm rings. Its slim profile takes up less space in the mouth, making it particularly suitable for horses and ponies with limited room for a bit.
Comfort Thin shares the same basic shape as the Beris Comfort Bar but features a thinner mouthpiece. The straight bar provides an even contact across the tongue, while the loose rings allow greater movement and help the bit find a natural position in the horse’s mouth. This makes it particularly suitable for horses that prefer a more mobile bit.
Made from Beris’ food safe plastic compound, the mouthpiece has an exceptionally smooth surface designed to glide easily in the horse’s mouth, even when little saliva is produced. Two levels of firmness are available: Soft and Hard.
Each ring runs through a copper sleeve in the mouthpiece, allowing it to move smoothly while reducing wear where the ring passes through the material.
